Jed moved to the central coast of California in 2014 and within months of relocating he knew this was a place he wanted to raise his family. Jed began his career in the hospitality industry as a front desk agent who enjoyed getting to know the guests and their many reasons for travel. He was fortunate enough to have mentors in the industry that supported his drive for growth. While he is driven to continue provide memorable experiences to all guests, he is just as passionate about paying forward the opportunity for growth to the team members of the Shorebirds Hotel Group who share these same passions. Outside of managing hotels in Pismo Beach, Jed enjoys working with the community as he volunteers on various boards for the city and county promoting travel and the “SLOCAL” lifestyle, and taking his family on cool local adventures.
